Our masterclass is offered free of charge. No payment is required to access it, and this refund policy does not apply to the free masterclass.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given once the Course has been purchased.

Because the Course is delivered as immediate, full access (not drip-fed over time), all content becomes available to you as soon as your purchase is complete. Given this, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for any reason after purchase, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Not having enough time to complete the Course

• Dissatisfaction with content, format, or results

• Failure to achieve any specific outcome, income, or number of clients

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the Course description and are purchasing with full understanding of this no-refund policy.

No Guarantee of Results

Enrolling in the Course does not guarantee any specific number of clients, income, or business outcome. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and how the strategies are applied.

Technical Access Issues

If you're unable to access the Course due to a technical issue on our end (for example, login problems or broken video links), please contact us immediately at contact@inboundclientlab.com so we can resolve it. We will make reasonable efforts to fix any access issue promptly. This clause covers technical failures only and does not extend to refund requests based on the reasons listed above.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve a technical issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence of access and delivery, and may restrict your access to future purchases or programs.
